Charging into the fray is ‘Noble Knight’, the ninth in my series of fantasy blanket designs. Designed with the same dimensions as all the other pieces in this series, this pattern is perfect companion piece for your other fantasy projects.

The pattern is written in US English terms and assumes knowledge of the basic crochet stitches (slip stitch, chain, single crochet, double crochet).

Crochet Terms: US
Yarn: Any (the pictured example is made with Stylecraft Special DK Cream and Denim on a 4 mm hook and the final piece is 117 cm x 177 cm / 46 in x 70 in)
Quantity of Yarn: 6 skeins of cream (1764 m / 1929 yards) / 5 skeins of denim (1470 m / 1607 yards) | 2 skeins of the border colour.
Hook Size: appropriate for the yarn chosen
Size: 199 stitches across (plus 2 for the joining and ending stitches) and 299 rows tall.
Skill: Intermediate
Additional Materials: A hook 1 size down from your main hook to create the border.
